I feel that a women should have a choIce when having a baby. If a women gets raped and gets pregnant, the baby will be harmed in the birth process and so will the woman. Birth is something that should be carefully planned weeks in advance. If a 13 year old girl has a baby, the child will probably have serous health problems with it. Many movies have portrayed birth and a choice that the young girl must make. Keep the baby, or get an abortion. Movies like Fast Times at Ridgemont High and Juno portray these choices. However this is my choice and you are entitled to your own opinion.

Garry’s Mod Vmod for Gmod Package
Wednesday, October 31st, 2007Welcome back to the Garry’s Mod blog! In this edition, I will be reviewing the vmod for gmod package. This package is downloadble here. To be able to use this mod, put the downloaded file in the addons folder for Garry’s Mod.
In the mini-mod, vmod for gmod, players are given three new maps, a couple of items, and whole bunch of new vehicles to drive with. When I first got the package, I was excited to play around with all the cars. When I first started spawning the cars, they looked very nice and had a lot of detail put into the models. The items included allow for some stunts to film action movies. There arent only cars, there is an atv which is buggy at times, they have a mechwarrior, which is so much fun to play around with, and they have a train, but it doesn’t move. The package gives you alot of items and maps to play around with. The only flaw with this game is that some the cars are hard to control and tip over a lot. Overall, it is a great, but not perfect mod.

Nightlife in New York City: Endless Opportunities
Wednesday, October 31st, 2007Weekends, the time when people decide what they want to do to relax, maybe its going out to a bar or club, to a party, or maybe even walking around the city with no particular destination except for somewhere to have fun! The night scene in New York City seems to attract many people mainly because of the kinds of things that people can do at night.
Not only is New York City famous for its “club scenes”, but it is also famous for different venues where music is performed. such as The Knitting Factory, also various school coffee houses are available to young people to find entertainment.
However, there are many places which are aimed towards more adult crowds. These include sports bars, and nightclubs.
Elementary school aged children also have their slice of pie. They have public playrooms, such as FunWorks. FunWorks, is a place where children can play and interact with other children of different ages, read books, and watch TV.
All in all, New York City caters to almost everybody. Theres always something to do for any person of any age.
Garry’s Mod CTF
Monday, October 29th, 2007Welcome back to the Garry’s Mod section! In this post I will be reviewing the game mode Capture the Flag (CTF).
The game mode of CTF is simple, players are on a specfic team and have to build a base around their flag. The objective is to capture the opposing team’s flag and to defend their own flag. There are different classes which have different abilities. For instance, the gun mage class is given a pistol, but they have the ability to change the guns ammunition into silver bullets, lightning bullets, and so on. The game is fast paced and filled with action, but there are still flaws. The biggest downfall of the game is that a player is given a certain amount of silver to spend on classes or pieces for the fort. The people who pay the server a certain amount of money, they get unlimited silver which allows them to have the best classes and are able to dominate the game. It overall a good game mode, but for the people who don’t pay for silver, they are left with a disadvantage.

Or a comic book!
basicly anything can be made with these small things. to give you something to think about, here’s one more picture and a video.

Welcome to the Wonderful World of Anime and Manga
Friday, October 26th, 2007Welcome to the wonderful world of anime. There are several anime Anime. There are so many that it would take many months to watch them all. Take care not to become an anime or manga otaku. Watching anime and reading manga is fine, but obsession is bad. One normally selects an anime based upon it’s genre. Which include horror, romance, comedy, mystery, and action. You can also watch and read about anime, but you will need to make an account. You can also to download anime and manga.
Anime is basically cartoons made in Japan. The main difference between it and regular cartoons is basically the animation style. Also it tends to have more complicated plots. Anime tends not to be very popular in America, because it is made in Japan. The most popular anime ever released in the United States is Love Hina, which is a love comedy and was made by Ken Akamatsu.
Manga are basically anime in comic form. You can use the above link to see a specific description of it. The difference between it and anime is that it is normally longer and more to the point. Anime typically has only 6-24 episodes which have many filler episodes that don’t further the plot, and manga can have several volumes. This allows manga to have longer and more to the point plot. Love Hina is also a very popular manga.
Love hina is about an unfortunate good for nothing boy named Keitaro. It is categorized as a romantic comedy. This is because Keitaro is always getting beat up by his female tenants Narusegawa, Shinobu, Kitsune, Motoko, and Su. It is a romance because whaile getting beat up, Keitaro is always trying to see if Naru likes him the same way he likes her, and he is always trying to find a girl he made a promise to get into Tokyo U with. Unfortunately not only is Narusegawa unsure about her feelings for him, she also hits him often. Keitaro also failed the Tokyo U exam three times.
Below Is a Picture of characters from Love Hina by Ken Akamatsu.
The people in the front are Keitaro and Naru. From left to right the people in the back are Su, Mutsumi, Kanako, Keitaro’s aunt, Keitaro’s aunt’s daughter, Motoko, Shinobu, and Kitsune.
The History Of LEGO: 1932-1979
Thursday, October 25th, 2007In it’s early days, the Lego company was a small family owned buisness run by at very little 10 employees at 1939. some of their major products included step ladders, ironing boards, and their infamous “wooden duck”, pictured below.
By the end of the 40′s, the company has 50 employees, and has reccently purchased a plastic injection-moulding machine.
The foreruner of the Lego brick, the automatic binding brick is released in 1950. this early version of the brick did not feature the stud-and-tube system, as featured in all other bricks.
In 1955, the Lego “system of play” is released, including 1:48 scale houses mad of bricks and plastic cars are released. Lego is also exported to Sweden
Town Plan, as show with it’s 2008 counterpart whic is yet to be released (The boy in the first picture is actually the man in the picture of the new set)
The improved brick design is released, with the stud-and-tube system is released, and is patened in 1958
by the end of the 50′s, the company has grown to 140, and naow exports to France, England, and Belgium. at 1960, wooden products are discontinued, and the company focuses on the plastic brick. In 1966, one of Lego’s best selling themes, Trains, is introduced(These are actual facts guys, I’m not making this up). By 1969 Duplo, a larger form of the bricks designed for younger children is released. Also, The first Legoland is opened to the public, gathering 3000 people on opening day. Lego is now exported to America, Canada, Japan, Signapore, and other countries totaling up to 42 countries.
In 1970, the company gains it 1000th employee. Lego of America is in it’s present location of Enfield, Connecticut. Town, Boats, and Technic themes are released in 1977, with Space and castle next year. Also that year, Mini-figures, or Mini-figs, are released in sets, eventually becoming the companies second most important design, after the brick itself. Lego now exports to Signapore, Spain, and Portugal.

WiiVenture – Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
Thursday, October 25th, 2007
Retro Studios has done it again! Femme fatale Samus Aran is back in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption for the Wii. This game marks the end of the Prime series of the Metroid games. The story revolves around the exploits of Samus as she travels the galaxy, ridding planets of Phazon corruption. For further information regarding the plot, check out the wikipedia article concerning it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metroid_Prime_3:_Corruption. I own this game, and I can honestly say that it is a true masterpiece. To start off, it has a revolutionary control interface. It would be a crime if every Wii first-person shooter after this didn’t have controls like this. It truly feels like you’re inside Samus’ suit! If the controls weren’t enough to get you to buy this game, then I know something that will. This game has easily the best graphics we’ve seen on Wii so far. You cannot mistake these graphics with the graphics the GameCube offers. Also in this game is the most beautiful level design and art that I have ever seen on any Nintendo console. Truly amazing job, Retro. If you don’t believe me, here are some screenshots* from IGN.com:
If you have a Wii, Metroid Prime 3 is a must! *These screenshots do not fully illustrate the beauty of this game’s art.
Console Wars
Thursday, October 25th, 2007Nintnedo…
…
Sony…
…
Microsoft(Not Apple LOL)…
The three pilars of the gaming industry winter is right around the corner. How will the three companies stand up to Chrismahaunaquansica. I said it Chrismahaunaquansica (Just to be politically correct). This tends to be the make or break season for the video-gaming industry. Who is the front runner? Who is hoping to try and make a comeback and where in in the world can you get a Wii? I got one and so can you!1!1!
Lets start off with Nintendo. Judging by the information that I had gathered from 2007′s E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo), Nintendo seems to be the front-runner in this race. Their state of the art and still hard to find Wii has been very successful to those that own one and those who have used it. The Nintendo DS is the slightly overlooked brother of the Wii. It is a very solid handheld. It comes from a long line of quite successful handheld systems. I predict that they will “pwn” the competition.
Sony…umm yeah they are losing in the console war sorry(;_;). Their PS3 has been doing not as well as expected. There were not many good games out for it in the first place. The hardware has been hacked several times. There are several bugs in it. Did I mention that it is overpriced. Seriously, $600 for a not so decent video-gaming system COME ON!!
Microsoft and its well not exactly rectangular box. It seems to be the most stable video gaming system out there. Keep supporting their good effort as the new comer in the gaming industry.
For some video game help I recommend http://www.cheatcc.com/index.html. The best Pokemon website ever is http://www.serebii.net/. Hey I also play Pokemon Diamond and Megaman Starforce. Send me your friend codes maybe I could help you out a little. Put it in your comments on my blog.
Alright gamerz, that concludes my first post. Keep watching for updates.
