At around 11 last night, Barack Hussein Obama reached 270 electoral votes, making him the new president of The United States. Although about half way through the race many could guess which candidate was going to win the election, many people were waiting for the results anxiously. In the end, Obama won 349 to 163 electoral votes. Even though some are let down by the election’s results, the country has picked their leader for the next 4 years.
