The score that will jump out at you in this week is the 52-7 win over the Redskins. Tom Brady continued his mastery of every defense in the NFL with another five touchdowns and 320 all-purpose yards. Not to mension he didn’t throw a sinlge int. The big question in this game was, “Was Bill Belichick purposly running up the score?” The answer to that question is yes! Ever since the stealing of the plays at the Jets game Bill Belichick is going to do as much as possible to prove that his team is worth the 8-0 record. On the defensive side,Mike Vrabel had 11 tackles, 3 forced fumbles, and 3 sacks.

Another score that you would have probably checked was the Colts Panthers. Despite the fact that the Panthers scored 7 points on a Deshaun Foster rushing touchdown to start the
game, Peyton manning led the Colts to a 7-0 record throwing for 2 touchdows and 255 yards. The young half back, Addai, had 2 rushing touchdows and one receiving. The Colts defense also did a great job holding the Panthers to 7 points including an int and a forced fumble.

For the monday night game, the Packers won in overtime when Brett Favre connected with Greg Jennings for an 82 yard pass on the first play from scrimage. Even at the age of 38 Farve proves that he can still have 330+ yard games and throw a 50 yard pass right on the money to end one.

The New York Giants are on a 6 game winning streak and just can lose. After dropping the first two games of the year to Green Bay and the Cowboys, the Giants havn’t lost. This past week they beat the Miami Dolphins but were not playing in Miami nor New York, they were playing in London! They played on a field that was meant for soccer. With the combination of rain and a hard hit you could be sliding for miles. This game was a sucessful attempt of Roger Goodell trying to globalize the NFL. The game sold out 80 minutes after the tickets were put on sale. The final score was a sloppy 13-10.
